Rick for Model Number KCMS1555RSS Microwave is almost in new condition. But from time to time it locks up. When it does the keys on the control panel do nothing. If I un plug it and repower it clears the problem. Is this a problem with the control panel or is this a bigger problem.
Answer Hello Rick, This would be a problem with the keypad on the control panel. You will want to check to make sure that you have a good connection of the ribbon cable to the control board.
