Answer Hello Carol, I don't know why you couldn't do it yourself as long as you pay attention to the disassembly. If you don't watch closely, you will have problems with reassembly. Just keep up with the parts by laying them out in order as you remove them and be sure to turn the power off to the unit before you begin.
