Blaine for Model Number mah8700aww My Maytag Neptune does not drain. Pulled of back and disconected hoses and checked pump and had no resrictions. During wash cycle it stops at spin and gives ND code but when this comes up and I shut power off and let set for a couple of minutes then choose "Spin Only" the washer will run thru cyle and spin cloths dry. I belive I need a control board the serial number of washer is (S)12535302GT. Can you help me out, I dont wont to order a board from you until I ask first. Thanks
Answer Hello Blaine. Test for power to the pump first. If there is power there, and the pump does not run, you need to replace the pump. This is more common than replacing the board for this issue. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
