Don for Model Number MAH9700AWW My water temperature does not work. I now get the code hr (water control problem) I have changed both valves and the control board. What is the correct part I need to change?
Answer Don, The HR error code is a heater relay failure. The control board 34001496 would have this heater relay on it. If this control board has been replaced then you will want to check the wiring between the heater and the control board and then test the heater and the thermistor to make sure that they are good.
