Michael for Model Number NFWW7200TW10 Voltage is reading correct to the drain pump, installed a new drain pump and I am still getting the ND error code, what's next?
Answer Michael, With the unit still getting a ND error after the drain has been replaced, make sure that all lines are clear. Check the pressure switch hose and air dome to make sure that it is not clogged. You will also want to check the pressure switch, it could be that the pressure switch is not resetting which would cause this issue. If all these check ok then the control board would be the issue. To test the pressure switch you will check at the main control board and check the following. Check Voltage at Pin #6 and #7 of CN3 Reset water level = DC2.5V, 25.8KHz Check Voltage and Frequency at Pin #6 and #8 of CN3 Reset water level = DC2.5V, 25.8KHz Read More...
