Tanya B for Model Number Mah87100aww We are receiving E3: message and it stops during cycle and will not continue a technician came out to check our washer said we needed part 34001484 mem sens part number to be fixed. We have no earthly idea where to put this part. We've taken apart the front panel facing of the washer it doesn't look like the part goes there. We just need to know where do we put this part and if anything additional goes along with this part in order to install it. Please help we are drowning in laundry.
Answer Tanya, The mems sensor will go on the bracket that goes across the top of the unit under the main top. If there is not one there currently then you would need the kit which would be part number 34001494 if the serial number starts with 10 or 11. The part number would be WP34001495 if the serial number starts with 12 or higher. If there is already a sensor on the unit on that bracket then you would just need the sensor. Read More...
