Bill for Model Number NFW7200TW Machine works fine if empty, but under any load it will not go into full spin. Running "spin only" cycle to wring out the wet clothes, the machine tumbles in each direction as though trying to balance the load before increasing the speed. The timer stays at 8 minutes-to-go for a long time, then eventually jumps to 00 and the tumbling stops. Sometimes, even after turning off the power with the on/off button, the drain pump continues to run until unplugging the washer. Then, if you plug the washer back in, it is off until turning the power button back on. Everything works as it should until time for the spin. Is this the pcb-MEMs sensor, telling the control board the machine is not balanced so don;t run? Or, what else could this be?
Answer Hello Bill, you would need to run the Service test cycle to locate the fault code the control board has generated. I have emailed the Tech sheet to you, follow the steps to access the Enter Service Mode and then Display Diagnostic codes. There is a description listed on the sheet describing what each code refers to. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, March 9, 2020
