Witold for Model Number mah6700aww S#15077558le Everything in the machine is fine until it has to drain. Then we have to pump the water out and the washer works fine. And then it moves on to the next cycle. We checked the pump and its working but the output from the control board is 120 v but the pump only gets 20 v. What could be the problem? could it be the MEMS sensor or door switch?
Answer Hello Witold, If you are only getting 20 vac to the pump then you need to check the wiring. To go from 120 vac from control board and only have 20 vac then you would have a shorted wire, loose or broken connection somewhere in the wire harness and will have to trace the wire to find it.
