Answer

GW, The 3E indicates a motor failure (Over current). This means that over current is detected and the motor won't turn. You will want to check the motor windings, the speed sensor, wiring connections and control board. The tech sheet that is located in the unit will tell you how to check. Any 2 pins on the motor connector should read 11.6 ohms. Pin 1 to 2, pin 2 to 3 and pin 1 to 3 on the CN9 connector of the main control should read 11.6 ohms.
