Nani for Model Number WRS965CIAM00 Hi there...We are new to our home and have found out we have a reverse osmosis system. Which sounds great, but we are not getting any ice. Sears has come out twice and we even bought a different frig. Would using a bypass cap potentially help this situation with our current model? So appreciate any help!
