Answer Robert, it is possible that the filter is not locking in fully. This can easily be caused when water pressure is being applied during filter installation and would require the filter to be pressed firmly until it is flush with the kick plate. If it will not stay flush, then the locking mechanism in the filter housing WPW10121138 has failed and the housing would need to be replaced. Read More...
