John B for Model Number WRS537SIAM00 Does it need plug. Water stopped working. Changed filter twice; paid for factory authorized service call - defrosted unit at cost of food loss - tech guessed frozen line. Failed attempt. Seems to work without filter. ???
Answer Hello John, the water filter head does not require a filter to work, there is no bypass plug needed. Check if the water reservoir or nearby water tubing down/ behind the rear of the crisper is frozen. It is very close to the air return duct. Read More...
