D. for Model Number WRF736SDAM14 I just installed an R/O system that is connected to the refrigerator. Do I need a filter bypass as my current filter is saying time to replace. And if I do is there a part number for it?
Answer Hello D., thank you for contacting APP, This unit does not need a filter bypass plug to dispense water or make ice without the filter in place. If you remove the filter the Replace Filter light may stay on, but I do recommend removing that filter if the unit is being supplied by a low-pressure system like R/O. Read More...
