Julia, I am familiar with the 1901A drain pump assembly. It is designed to work with the Whirlpool model icemachines. You would need to match up the drain tube from the IM to the pump. If that works, you can then try plugging the IM into the pump and then the pump into your house outlet and see if it will work. You then can run the external drain to the house plumbing.
