Rodney G C. for Model Number pav5158aww I have installed this part in my washer and the drum will not spin but the agitator works fine. The drum was working before I put in the new part. Can you help me get it to working again?
Answer Hello Rodney. Make sure you have installed the pump WP35-6465 in the proper position. Also, check and make sure the thrust bearing 12002213 is releasing the brake assembly properly. You can test this by turning the pulley by hand and see if the brake releases. If it does not, you will need to replace the thrust bearing kit. Hope this helps. Read More...
