Russell for Model Number MAV7700AWW Lower portion of this machine was under water about one foot. When it was used it would not spin or agitate. But it would pump. After rotating the drum with the machine off it began to wash and spin normal but would not pump. Please help. I thought maybe the motor was not going into reverse.
