Mary for Model Number KUIA15NRHS9 My icemaker stopped making ice. We cleaned everything, and everything seems to be working, but the unit is not producing ice. Can anyone tell me the voltage of the re-circulator pump so we can test it? It is filling the resevoir and the cold plate is cold. So we can't tell if the re-circulator pump has gone bad or if the mother board is not sending a signal to the re-circulator pump. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mary Jo
Answer Hello Mary. You should have 120 volts coming to the pump in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
