Ken for Model Number KUIS18NNJW7 Hi, When the undercounter ice maker is turned on, the water valve fills the reservoir and then nothing happens . . . no water flow across the evaporator plate. The plate does get very cold (ice crystals form on it). The pump AND the control board have both just been replaced with no luck. The new pump was tested outside of the unit and works fine, but once inside the machine it doesn't seem to be turning on and therefore won't suck the water out of the reservoir. At regular intervals the water valve opens and refills (or rather over-fills) the reservoir, but there is no activity from the machine otherwise. Any help would be appreciated! We are lost.
