Mike for Model Number KUIA15NRHS9 My ice maker had a new pump about two years ago and now after even cleaning which I do on regular basis is making ice but it appear cloudy not clear like before? Also the unit seems to make about half as much ice?
Answer Hi Mike. Make sure you are not connected to a hot water supply line. It will create a cloudy mixture. If you are just using the clean cycle , it is best to periodically use the Nickel Safe Cleaner part # WX08X42870.
