Michele W for Model Number DU920PF how do you replace this part on the dishwasher rack. i couldn't get the rack rails to snap into the bottom of the part by the roller. is their a trick?
Answer Michelle, The trick is, you need to remove the rack from the rails, replace the roller/adjuster then reinstall the rack. You may need a small blade "pocket" screwdriver to remove the Track stop from the rail WP3379941 , press in on the little tab and push up on the cap to disengage the stop frpm the rail.
