Lin, No it's not the flame sensor, but its almost as easy a repair. You have a weak set of gas valve coils 279834. You will want to unplug the power cord to the dryer, remove the front panel assembly(2 phillipshead screws) and swing the panel up and out at the bottom,to remove. the valve is located in the right front corner, disconnect the wiring harness from the black colored cylinders on the top of the valve, remove the two phillipshead screws holding the top bracket to the valve body, and lift the bracket off. Lift up on the coil and slip it off the plunger assembly. Reverse the procedure and test the dryer for ignition and heat. Thanks and Good Luck
