Lisa for Model Number Kenmore 70 Series gas dryer 110-77732792 My Kenmore 70 series gas dryer will not heat up. I changed the ignitor but to no avail. Does not light up or spark at all. My next step was to check the flame sensor but I'm not sure how to check the continuity of it. Could you help? Any suggestions on getting it fixed would be greatly appreciated.
Answer Hello Lisa. The flame sensor WP338906 and the thermal cut offs should read closed for continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
