Brad for Model Number ggw9878lwo Hi, I am not getting any heat on my Whirlpool gas dryer. I have replaced the coils, flame sensor, igniter, and the thermal cut off kit (both sensors). I have also cleaned the duct work to make sure there is no air restrictions. What else could be bad? The igniter is not getting hot at all. Please help. Thank you
Answer Hello Brad. You will need to start at the igniter and back trace the wires and see where you are loosing the voltage at. These can be a problem to deal with when everything is testing good. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
