G Jordan I did as you said and it worked! the drain was iced over causing water to freeze in bottom of freezer and drip down to refrig. It wasn't easy getting to it but with hot water and a coat hanger it cleared. Now -- WHAT causes the water to freeze in that location, never had a problem before. could it be too much water pressure coming into the icemaker and leaving more water than it needs? I sure don't want to have to do this again. Thanks for your fast reply and helping me find the problem. I will continue to order all parts in the future from you. g. jordan..
