Rusty Water not flowing through water valve. Ohms out as closed. Don't know if the power is coming from ice maker. Is it valve or ice maker?
Answer Hello Rusty. You will need to cycle the icemaker and see if it is sending power to the water valve. If so, and the valve does not open, you will need to replace the water valve. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
