Hello Bob, If you remove the white motor module cover from the front of the icemaker assembly, you will see a square hole at the area the harness plugs in. The square hole is actually a locking tab to prevent the harness from accidentally coming out. If you use a small screwdriver to depress the side of the square closest to the harness and pull on the harness, it will slip right out. The new one, of course, plugs into the same opening until you hear it, (or feel it), snap in.
