Denny C for Model Number MSD2756GES On the ice maker's white fingers from both directions they will have ice on them and will not make any ice. I will scratch the ice off all the fingers that have any ice on them and it will make another batch of ice cubes. I here the ice fall and I will scratch the ice off the fingers and it will make another batch. What do you think the problem is? Thanks a lot. Denny C
