Kevin for Model Number Amana ARB8057CSC My water dispenser inside my Amana bottom freezer fridge works fine but the icemaker quit making ice. The refrigerator is about 7-8 years old. Is it time to replace the icemaker and which part number would I need? Thanks.
Answer Hello Kevin! Check to see if the icemaker is filling with water. If it is not, check to make sure that the fill tube has not frozen. If the fill tube is not frozen, test and replace the defective water valve. If the ice maker is filling with water, make sure the freezer is freezing properly between 0-5 degrees.
