Answer Hello Kevin. You will need to remove the icemaker and look inside the fill tube and see if it is frozen. Also you can remove the water line from the fill tube on the back of the refrigerator and cycle the icemaker to see if water comes out of the line. If so, the fill tube is frozen. Hope this helps.
