Answer Hello Diana, The bail arm raises during the cycle and lowers after harvest. If the ice level is high enough to hold the bail arm up, it stops further ice production. If it drops all the way down, the icemaker well cycle again. It can also be raised manually until it clicks. This will turn the icemaker off until it is manually flipped back down. Read More...
