Joe L. for Model Number MTF1954ARW I contacted your website and followed questions that showed the symptoms of our ice maker. It would not completely stop filling after a cycle and then it would freeze and build up in the ice holding tray. I ordered and replaced the valve inlet on this Maytag refrigerator but the water still continues a bit after the ice tray is full and then freezes in the holding bin. Now what? Could it be a defective valve inlet or could it be something in the ice maker itself? The Maytag number for the ice maker kit is UKI1000AXX. Please help. Thanks.
