Answer Hello Bob. If you remove the cover of the icemaker there is an adjustment screw on the side of the module. If you turn this screw clockwise, the unit lets in less water, which means smaller cubes. A little of a turn is alot in the process. Adjust it until you are happy with the cube size. Hope this helps.
