Hello Richard, Be sure the power is discontinued to the unit before beginning since there is 120Vac behind this panel. Remove the overflow grille and put one knee against the freezer door while pulling down and toward yourself on the bottom of the dispense cover. This will snap the bottom loose from the door face. The dispense cover will now lift off the upper retainer tabs. The only thing holding it to the door at this point will be the wiring.
