John for Model Number MZD2768 Hello, I am having two problems in the freezer compartment of our refrigerator. I am getting ice build up in the bottom of freezer. Also The ice stripper arms freeze when dispensing ice cubes. The unit makes a groaning sound and I have to force the arms down to stop the sound. It makes ice fine just freezes the stripper arms so they cannot cycle.
