Daryl, First check and make sure the refrigerator is level front to back and side to side, then check the ice maker for level. If the problem persists, remove the white plastic front cover of the ice maker on the right side of the control module, you'll see a white plastic screw. using a small flat blade screw driver, turn the screw clockwise to decrease the fill time and counterclockwise to increase the fill time. Adjust it 1/2 a revolution at a time, until the water level is correct, and no more than two complete revolutions.
