Jeff H. The water for the ice maker not filling the ice unit, but the water for drinking works great, where do I start to look, saleman said buy a new Appliance. I have a whirlpool Model ED25PEXHW01 - Serial SK395097509-05 standard Ice system. HELP.
Answer Jeff, make sure the water line coming into the freezer is not frozen or kinked as it can stop the icemaker from filling. If that is fine, you'll need to check the valve 2206123 and icemaker 4317943. Here is a handy link from our repair forum to test the parts.
