Guardrail72 I have a whirlpool French door refrigerator the ice maker is making ice. The ejector blade turns but its acting as if the ice is freezing to the mold. How do I check to see if the mold heater is working?
Answer Hello guardrail72. You can test the heater for continuity. It should read closed. If the icemaker cycles, but the heater does not melt to release the ice, then it is bad and you will need to replace the icemaker assembly. Read More...
