Ted W for Model Number MSD 2454GRQ My icemaker stopped working and we first noticed it wasn't kicking out the cubes when water ran all over the tray and into the freezer and froze. The dispenser stopped turning - found out when I took it apart it was full of solid ice. I took all of it apart including the icemaker. the tray and dispenser were frozen together. The icemaker, ( from you in Jan 2015) had a layer of ice in the bottom locking it down. Thawed everything out, re-installed, after about three hours water started and never stopped. Came out the door flowing like crazy. Raised the bale and it stopped. Question - could the freeze up have affected the cut off quantity?
