Answer KT, With "new water inlet tubing installed" you should have enough water supply to the refrigerator (20 - 30 psi recommended), you may want to check it though. Then replace the water inlet valve WP2315576 / 2315576. If the water supply is good, then the solenoid plunger is "sticking" open, or there is debris or sediment developed on the internal components causing the problem. Read More...
