Hello Robert, The arm is not included because there are so many shapes of bale arms for the icemaker assemblies, it is not possible to include them all with the assembly. If you could please post a new question which includes the model number of the unit the icemkaer is to be installed in, we can check to see if the bale arm configuration for that model is available individually.
