Gary Husbands My ice try is not level and when fills with water it freezes every where except the tray. Can I fix or level the tray?
Answer Gary, First make sure the refrigerator is level front to back and side to side. Place a small torpedo level on the ice maker rake arm, loosen the two screws that secure the ice maker to the side wall and adjust the level then secure the screws holding the ice maker. Then place the level across the top of the control head, and adjust the assembly for level and secure the ice maker, recheck for level in both directions.
