Answer Hi Jerr. Is the ice maker getting water supply? If it is then check to see if the bail arm is down. Reach in and check for ejection fingers are not stuck physically with a cube or against ejection blades. If not then replace the ice maker with part # D7824706Q. Thank you. Read More...
