David for Model Number KBFA2DERSS01 My ice maker cycles, but water does not enter it so does not produce ice. I had been away for a month, is it possible the line is frozen and if so, is there a fix? Thanks.
Answer David, You will want to check to see if the fill tube is frozen. Whether it is frozen or not you will want to test to make sure that there is 120 Vac to the water valve and if there is then the valve will need to be replaced. Read More...
