Answer Hello Mr. Munro, thank you for contacting APP, Turning the adjustment screw clockwise decreases the fill amount and counter-clockwise increases the fill amount. This screw will turn one full turn in either direction from the default fill level position. If you are adjusting the fill level you will need to turn that screw in increments, usually about 1/8 to 1/4 turn, and then test the fill amount by activating the icemaker's harvest cycle.
