Greg for Model Number et1fttxkq02 Not making ice or dispensing water. I applied 110v to the first water inlet valve and it works. However, I put a meter on the valve and pushed the water dispense button and only reads about 70v at the valve. Is it possible there isnt enough voltage to activate the solonoid? Where does this voltage come from? Thanks
Answer Hello Greg. Yes, that is enough voltage, and based on the information you provided, it sounds like the secondary valve WP2188785 is bad and will need to be replaced.
