Ken for Model Number gd2nhgxkq01 Water is coming out of freezer and running onto floor. Unit just makes 1 or 2 cubes at a time. Can you help?
Answer Hello Ken. It sounds like you may have two problems here. You will need to check and see if the drain is clogged up in the freezer. If so, you will need to thaw it out and clean it out with hot water and a turkey bastor. As for the low ice production, if you have changed the filter and it is good, then you will need to change the water valve W10408179. Hope this helps. Read More...
