Jan for Model Number ED25PEXHW00 How do you get the plug in out of the back wall of the refrig? It seems to be locked. I do not want to force it and break something.
Answer Hello Jan. There is a locking tab on the connector that you need to lift upward on and the connector pulls apart at the back wall.
