Richa60 for Model Number My ice maker looks like your part# AP2984633 Ice maker produces hollow cubes, very slowly, and frequently does not fully eject cubes, resulting in a grinding noise. Manually prying stuck cube from fingers stops grinding noise. Also, back of freezer, above and behind ice maker gets coated with smooth ice (not crystals), with stalactites and everything. Water chute to ice maker looks clear. Tried various temperature settings. Device is about 12 years old. Any suggestions? Thank you!
