Hello Jerry, If the harvest fingers are not even contacting the ice, the problem is either that the temperature in the freezer isn't dropping below the 20°F that is required to satisfy the ice maker thermostat or the ice maker thermostat has failed. If t harvest fingers are rotated around and are against the ice, the ice mold heater has failed.Either of the last two issues I mentioned can be solved by replacing the ice maker D7824706Q. If the first is the issue, you need to clean the coils and check for a frost build-up on the back wall of the freezer. If there is a frost build-up, you have a defrost issue.
