Tim The last slot in the back of the ice cube maker frequently jams with a small chunk of ice that does not eject with the rest of them. I have to knock that piece out by hand before the ice cube maker starts working again. Why doesn't that last cube in the mold eject? Thanks.
Answer Hello Tim, This sounds like an insufficient water fill to me. If the cubes seem small, this is the cause. You either have low water pressure to the unit, or the water valve is failing. These are the most probable causes. The issue can be in the motor module, (ice maker control), as there are mechanical points that have to make electrical contact which could be part of the issue.
